Jean Gillon (1919–2007) was a Brazilian furniture designer.
Born in Laşi, Romania, he studied fine arts in Laşi and took an architecture
degree in Bucharest in 1942.

He moved to Brazil in 1956, and in 1958 he founded Italma / Wood Art,
a firm which produced furniture and household
objects from local Brazilian hardwoods.

His furniture is today one of the most demanded on global market
for its quality and tribalist aesthetic inspiration.
